Design House is located on Lake Union float was designed by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects in Seattle following a long tradition of the house on the water – literally. Floating home is set in the magnificent main location a view, with a splendid view of downtown Seattle south, Queen Anne Hill to the west, Gas Works Park to the north and Lake Union directly beneath it. Unconventional homes equipped with the same location but not at all conventional luxurious interior layout that puts the “private” space – a bedroom and bathroom – on the main level covered a large store-front window, while the house was “public space” .living and dining area and powder room – which is located at the top level.
